Description Aminocaproic Acid Dimmer Impurity (CAS No: 2014-58-6) or N-(6’-Aminocaproyl)-6-aminocaproic Acid, 6-Aminocaproic Acid Dimer is an impurity of 6-Aminocaproic acid that is an analogue of the amino acid lysine. It is used as an effective inhibitor of the enzyme plasmin, which is responsible for fibrinolysis therefore used in the treatment of bleeding disorders and post-operational after surgeries with excessive blood loss.
