Description Cetirizine 4 chlorobenzhydrol Impurity (CAS No: 119-56-2) or (4-Chlorophenyl)phenyl methanol is a key pharmaceutical intermediate for the synthesis of bepotastine and cloperastine. It has a central antitussive effect and antiedemic effect and is endowed with an antihistaminic activity that acts as a mild bronchorelaxant.
