Description | Cimetidine EP Impurity D (free base) (CAS No: 70172-53-1) or Cimetidine Descyano Impurity is a major metabolite in the synthesis of Cimetidine. Complexes of Cimetidine Descyano are found to be less stable than those formed with cimetidine. Cimetidine has the ability to alter tumor cell adhesion, angiogenesis, and proliferation. It has an effect on the immune system and inhibition of postoperative immunosuppression. |
