Description | Cinacalcet Impurity C (CAS No: 955373-56-5) or (R,E)-N-(1-(Naphthalen-1-yl)ethyl)-3-(3-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl)prop-2-en-1-amine is a process adulteration of Cinacalcet. Cinacalcet is a calcium-sensing receptor allosteric activator that is beneficial in correcting signaling limitations caused because of AP2S1 mutations and also in ameliorating symptomatic hypercalcemia. |
