Description | Cinnarizine EP Impurity D (CAS No: 1199751-98-8) or 1-(Diphenylmethyl)-4-[4-phenyl-1-(2-phenylethenyl)-3-buten-1-yl]piperazine is an impure product of Cinnarizine. Cinnarizine is derived from piperazine and has antihistaminic, sedative, and calcium-channel blocking activity. It is evaluated for the symptomatic relief of nausea, vertigo, treatment of motion sickness, and cerebral vascular disorders. |
