Description Clindamycin Phosphate EP Impurity J (CAS No: 1309349-64-1) is an adulteration present in Clindamycin. Clindamycin is a potent antibiotic and is often evaluated for the treatment of prosthetic joint infections, as infection prophylaxis in bone cement and chronic osteomyelitis. Clindamycin can stimulate the cell metabolism of human osteoblasts if administered at low concentrations.
