Description | Clobazam EP Impurity B (CAS No: 22316-24-1) or 1-methyl-5-phenyl-1,5-dihydro-3H-1,5-benzodiazepine-2,4-dione is a metabolite of Clobazam. Clobazam is a 1,5-benzodiazepine and is proven to have a broad spectrum of antiepileptic activity and is accompanied by low neurotoxicity than the 1,4-benzodiazepines, nitrazepam and clonazepam. |
