Description | Clonazepam Phthalimido Inhouse Impurity or N-(2-(2-chlorobenzoyl)-4-nitrophenyl)-2-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)acetamide is a Phthalimido derivative of Clonazepam. Clonazepam depresses seizure activity in many animal models of epilepsy and several types of paroxysmal action in the electroencephalogram of patients. Clonazepam usually limits the spread of discharge from a focal lesion but doesn't suppress the primary focus. |
