Description | Clonidine 2,6-Dichloroaniline Impurity (CAS No: 608-31-1) or 2,6-Dichlorobenzenamine is a pharmaceutical intermediate of Clonidine. Clonidine is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist which is a significantly potent antinociceptive agent but its use as systemic clonidine for the cure of pain is limited by centrally mediated side effects including sedation, hypotension, and rebound hypertension. |
