Description | Cyclophosphamide Related Compound A (CAS No. 821-48-7) or Bis(2-Chloroethyl)amine hydrochloride is synthesized from diethanolamine with thionyl chloride as chlorination agent and chloroform as solvent. Bis(2-Chloroethyl)amine hydrochloride is also evaluated for use in the treatment of giant follicular lymphoma with nitrogen mustard. |
