Description | Desloratadine N Oxide (CAS No.: 169253-26-3) or 8-Chloro-6,11-dihydro-11-(4-piperidinylidene)-5H-benzo[5,6]cyclohepta[1,2- b]pyridine 1-Oxide is an N-Oxide metabolite of Desloratadine which is a potent antihistaminic compound and increasing desloratadine up to 4-fold betters the chronic urticaria symptoms without altering the safety in patients with difficult-to-treat chronic urticaria. |
