Description | Duloxetine impurity 10 (CAS No.13196-35-5) or 3-(dimethylamino)-1-(thiophen-2-yl)propan-1-one hydrochloride. Duloxetine is a potent reuptake inhibitor of serotonin(5-HT) and norepinephrine. It is used in the treatment of depression, diabetic neuropathic pain, anxiety, fibromyalgia. It is an moderate inhibitor of CYP2D6. It is extensively metabolized by Cytochrome p450. |
