Description | Duloxetine Nitroso Impurity or (S)-N-methyl-N-(3-(naphthalen-1-yloxy)-3-(thiophen-2-yl)propyl)nitrous amide. Duloxetine is a potent reuptake inhibitor of serotonin(5-HT) and norepinephrine. It is used in the treatment of depression, diabetic neuropathic pain, anxiety, fibromyalgia. It is an moderate inhibitor of CYP2D6. It is extensively metabolized by Cytochrome p450. |
