Description | Enalapril Diketopiperazine Acid or (CAS No.115623-21-7) or (S)-2-((3S,8aS)-3-methyl-1,4-dioxohexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-2(1H)-yl)-4-phenylbutanoic acid. Enalapril is a prodrug that is hydrolyzed after absorption to form the active angiotensin-converting enzyme Enalaprilat. It is administered orally.
