Description | Enalapril EP Impurity G (CAS No.460720-14-3) or (2S)-2-[[(1S)-3-cyclohexyl-1-(ethoxycarbonyl)propyl]amino]propanoic acid. Enalapril is a prodrug that is hydrolyzed after absorption to form the active angiotensin-converting enzyme Enalaprilat. It is administered orally. It decreases blood pressure by lowering peripheral resistance without increasing heart rate. It is well tolerated and safe. |
